Lesley Ann Brandt, born on the 2nd of December, 1981 at Cape Town South Africa is an actress and model. The appearances she has made on television films and TV shows are her most notable work. Having started her acting career with The New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came in the form of her first role as Naevia in the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In the last decade the actress has appeared in several TV shows including the likes of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Since 2016, Brandt is playing the character in the role of Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy show Lucifer starring Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt is originally from Cape Town South Africa, however, she moved with her parents in Auckland New Zealand in late teens. Brandt began modeling in print and television ads. Before becoming a famous model, she worked as an retail salesperson as well as consultant to recruiters in the field of information technology. In 2009, she landed her debut role as Leilani on the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. Then, in 2021 she made her first appearance on the big screen in Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. The role she played was that of the role of slave girl Naevia. Naevia's role was reprised in the Spartacus prequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker co-starred in three television series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (1010) and Legend of the Seeker 2008 along with her. In 2016 she started playing an elusive demon called Mazikeen in the Netflix hit series Lucifer. This is her biggest role yet. She co-stars in the show alongside Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro, and D. B. Woodside.
